We're on a lookout for Senior Product Designers to work with our client - an online scheduling platform. We are specifically looking for designers with strong consumer app experience, and ideally hands-on experience in search and discovery.

Requirements

• Experience in Product Design, with a focus on B2C (consumer) mobile apps.
• Strong skills in Information Architecture to organize dense information.
• Hands-on experience in search and discovery.
• A portfolio that shows live examples of your work, specifically in search, discovery, or marketplace apps.
• Previous experience working on marketplaces, travel apps, food delivery, or social platforms.
• Experience working in an Agile environment, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams from the start of a project to the launch.
• Clear communication skills. You can explain the "why" behind your designs to Product Managers and business stakeholders.
• Collaboration with Engineering. You understand technical constraints and can work with developers to build realistic solutions.
• Proactive attitude and ownership. You can work independently and spot problems in the user journey without waiting for a task.
• Team player. You are comfortable giving and receiving design feedback and helping other designers grow.
• Adaptability. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can change.
