You take over ownership of the overall product experience for our end-consumer facing (B2C) Memorial Platform
You design modern, accessible and consistent UI components and patterns across responsive web and mobile products
You understand our users by leveraging qualitative and quantitative data and serve as their advocate when making design decisions
You collaborate closely with fellow Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders – owning and championing design throughout the planning and development lifecycle
You can explore and translate complex interactions into simple and user-centered solutions and push for standards and design quality in all our products and touchpoints
You deliver detailed wireframes, user flows, visual design, and other artefacts to agile development teams and refine as needed during project sprints
You collaborate in planning and observing user tests and other design research activities
You run discovery workshops with internal and external stakeholders to define opportunities within our product
You test and validate your hypothesis to find the best solutions for our users and ensure consistency
Together with Product Managers you create and track success metrics to have a clear understanding of how your designs impact users and business objectives
You develop, evolve, and iterate on our design system and will therefore have a significant impact on our growing business
You prototype designs for user research using low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes
You have vast experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, Interaction Designer, or a similar UX-related role in B2C product teams
You have a proven track record of shipping compelling B2C product experiences and consumer-facing interfaces – and can show off a design portfolio that speaks for itself
You have a strong visual design skills and a high level of UI craft – from layout and typography to color, spacing and hierarchy – and can demonstrate the ability to create clean, modern, elegant and user-frienfly interfaces for complex use cases
You are obsessed with understanding the needs of the users of your products – with a demonstrated history of acquiring and leveraging user data to improve product experience (e.g., conducting usability studies and prototype tests, performing user research, analyzing user metrics and A/B testing data)
