About this role :
We are looking for a talented Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) to join our Product Team in Berlin (Hybrid). You will work across cross-functional teams to enhance the end-user experience for our Revenue Growth and Enablement tribe.
In this role, you will have a substantial impact on our Pepper platforms (e.g., mydealz, Dealabs, and hotukdeals) by contributing to initiatives that support revenue growth and enablement. Your work will empower other teams to build and consume features that deliver real value to our end users, while ensuring a great end-user experience. You’ll iterate on existing features, develop new ones, and provide fresh, validated insights to elevate the user experience, bringing your ideas and vision to life.
As a senior designer, you’ll leverage both qualitative and quantitative research to support decision-making and identify new opportunities for product improvement. You'll tackle a wide range of design challenges, large and small, guiding the team with confidence and becoming a trusted partner to product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities :
- Support product decisions by leveraging qualitative and quantitative research to discover opportunities and improve product experiences.
- Tackle diverse design problems, both large and small, making a significant contribution to the future of our internal and external platforms.
- Collaborate with the cross-functional teams of the Revenue Growth and Enablement tribe to iterate on existing features and develop new ones.
- Provide fresh, validated insights, and propose new concepts and user experience improvements.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and other design artifacts to communicate and document your ideas.
- Design tailored app solutions that go beyond simple web mirroring, delivering a truly native and seamless user experience.
- Test design approaches with real users through interviews and generate actionable insights.
- Work with a global team to create and optimize internal processes and communication.
- Collaborate with developers and designers to evolve our Design System, amplifying the impact of design at scale.
What You Bring :
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products.
- A strong portfolio showcasing digital product design work, including problem-solving, information architecture, user research, interaction design, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience conducting user research to validate and deliver effective design solutions.
- Familiarity with domains such as e-commerce, advertising and tracking.
- Proven experience building and maintaining a design system.
- A mindset focused on designing responsive, scalable systems, not just one-off solutions.
- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
- You have familiarity with front-end engineering, understanding how your prototypes will be built and factoring that into your solutions.
- Comfort with receiving and providing constructive feedback during the design process.
- Strong collaboration skills, with a desire to work closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, whether in one-on-one or group settings.
