About the Role

Flowcode is looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead design for our creation and page-building experiences.You’ll shape the future of our page builder and component ecosystem, establishing the patterns and design systems that make them scalable. You will work closely with the UX team and partner with Product and Engineering to deliver intuitive, high-quality, scalable user experiences that empower our enterprise customers. 

This role is for a designer with exceptional visual craft, strong systems thinking, and experience shipping polished consumer product interfaces. You will own end-to-end design at the highest level, driving clarity, cohesion, and excellence across some of our most strategically important surfaces.

What You’ll Do

Design Leadership

• Own the vision, execution, and quality of design for Flowcode’s creation tools and page builder ecosystem
• Drive end-to-end design across discovery, concepting, prototyping, user flows, and polished UI
• Raise the design bar through refined visual UI, strong typography, spacing systems, and attention to detail
• Advocate for usability improvements and polish that create meaningful customer value

Systems & Component Design

• Evolve and extend the design system to support scalable creation and builder interfaces
• Design reusable patterns, component variants, and modular systems that work across a large product surface area
• Partner with engineering to ensure system-level alignment and technical feasibility
• Ensure consistency across surfaces by documenting patterns, states, and specifications

UX & Interaction Design

• Create intuitive, powerful workflows for marketers, creators, and enterprise users
• Translate complex creation flows into clear, usable interfaces
• Conduct iterative design explorations, experiments, and lightweight tests.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and customer-facing teams
• Partner deeply with the Senior Product Manager, Experiences on product vision, roadmap, and prioritization
• Communicate design rationale clearly and align stakeholders around decisions

Research & Insights

• Use qualitative and quantitative inputs to guide design decisions
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement
• Participate in or lead lightweight usability testing when helpful

What You Bring

• 7+ years of product design or visual/UI design experience, with a strong track record shipping production features
• Exceptional eye for detail and craftsmanship
• Advanced expertise in Figma, including components, variants, auto-layout, and prototyping
• Experience designing consumer-facing products with polished, modern UI
• Prior experience with builder-style interfaces, CMS tools, campaign builders, or marketer-facing creation platforms
• Strong communication skills and the ability to express design decisions clearly
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, iterative environments with high autonomy

Bonus Points For

• Experience working on visual creation products, editors, or structured content models
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and a willingness to explore new workflows that improve speed and quality
• Experience contributing to or owning a large-scale design system
• Familiarity with experimentation tools and data-informed decision-making

The base compensation range for this position is $185 - 205K base plus benefits and equity.
