We are seeking a Senior Product Designer who is comfortable working in complex environments, thinks in systems, and takes pride in delivering high quality, thoughtful design. This is a remote/home-based role based anywhere in Canada, offering the opportunity to shape mission critical enterprise experiences used in real world, high stakes situations.

What You'll Do:
Lead end to end design for sophisticated enterprise SaaS workflows across web and mobile
Shape experiences from discovery through launch and iteration
Translate complex operational needs into intuitive, scalable solutions
Partner closely with Product and Engineering to define problems, outcomes, and technical constraints
Facilitate workshops that transform ambiguity into actionable direction
Present compelling narratives that explain the what, why, and how behind your work
Conduct and synthesize research including interviews, workflow analysis, competitive reviews, and usability testing
Create clear information architecture, interaction models, flows, wireframes, high fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes
Contribute to and evolve a component driven design system in Figma
Ensure accessibility, consistency, and high quality implementation in partnership with Engineering
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Dovetail, and Figma Make to accelerate research, ideation, and prototyping
Apply thoughtful judgment around privacy, security, and ethical considerations
Adapt as AI continues to reshape product design practices
Lead critiques and collaborative problem solving with a low ego, team first mindset
Raise the bar for visual quality, usability, and systems thinking
Balance speed and excellence across multiple initiatives
What You'll Bring:
6+ years of product design experience, ideally in complex enterprise SaaS environments
Advanced proficiency in Figma including components, Auto Layout, and prototyping
Practical, hands on use of AI tools in your daily design workflow
A strong portfolio demonstrating end to end ownership, systems thinking, and measurable business or user impact
Confidence navigating ambiguous, high complexity initiatives
A high ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive more than one product area
Strong communication and facilitation skills, including presenting to senior stakeholders
Deep understanding of usability, interaction design, visual craft, accessibility, and design systems
Collaborative, direct, and low ego working style
Bonus to have
Experience designing for operational, safety critical, or high stakes environments such as incident management, emergency response, or situational awareness platforms
Experience scaling and governing a design system
Understanding of front end implementation constraints and strong engineering partnership
Experience designing AI infused product experiences such as assistants, automation, or data driven personalization
Knowledge of Human Computer Interaction and Human AI Interaction principles including trust and responsible design
The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Everbridge ranges from $110,500 - $147,300 CAD and may also include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
