What Are We Looking For:
As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual language and interaction design across the product. From idea to pixel, you’ll bring a sharp eye for aesthetics and a deep understanding of how UI design impacts usability and engagement. While you’re expected to have a solid foundation in UX thinking, this role is not for a UX-only designer—we’re specifically looking for someone who thrives on crafting visually striking, brand-aligned, and high-precision UI work.
Key Responsibilities:
Create clean, consistent, and visually compelling designs with an obsessive attention to layout, spacing, typography, and color
Own and execute the UI and visual design strategy for major product features
Collaborate with Product & Design Manager to shape problem definitions and design execution plans
Partner with the data team to design metrics-driven, user-centric solutions
Work closely with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation across devices
Use data and user feedback to refine UI patterns and elevate product quality
Contribute to and evolve our design system with a strong focus on visual consistency and scalable components
Conduct design reviews and UI polish sessions during development
Share constructive feedback and mentor designers to raise the bar on visual quality
Maintain UX fundamentals where necessary, ensuring flows are intuitive even when the focus is visual
Operate with ownership and urgency in a fast-paced startup environment
Qualifications & Skills:
4 to 7 years of experience as a Product Designer working on consumer-facing mobile/web applications
Strong expertise in UI and visual design, demonstrated through a polished, high-quality portfolio
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe tools (Illustrator, Photoshop); Webflow knowledge is a plus
Clear understanding of UX principles, user flows, and interaction patterns (though this is not a UX-heavy role)
Experience working with or contributing to a design system
Ability to balance creative vision with product and engineering constraints
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design decisions effectively
Experience with generative tools like GPT-4o, Midjourney or Ideogram for visual asset creation is a strong bonus
Passion for sports, trading, or fantasy cricket is a plus
