The Role
Donorbox is seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our growing Product team. Reporting directly to the Design Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the end-to-end user experience of our platform—from discovery through delivery.
In this role, you will translate complex product and business requirements into intuitive, scalable, and impactful design solutions. You’ll act as a strong advocate for users while ensuring design decisions are grounded in business goals and technical realities. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering Leads throughout the product lifecycle to deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions.
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience designing B2B products and complex workflows, such as SaaS platforms, CRMs, ERPs, or other enterprise tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead user-centered design efforts by planning and conducting user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys, and data analysis) to uncover user needs, behaviors, and pain points, translating insights into actionable design outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to contribute to product discovery, roadmap planning, and feature definition—ensuring design is embedded from early concept through launch.
- Own the full design lifecycle, including user journeys, flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs, validating solutions with users and stakeholders along the way.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, iterate on designs, and ensure smooth handoff and implementation.
- Evaluate and iterate on live features by monitoring product performance, analyzing qualitative and quantitative feedback, and using data-driven insights to continuously improve the user experience.
- Help prioritize design work in alignment with the product backlog, ensuring the team delivers meaningful value to both users and the business while maintaining a high-quality, cohesive experience.
Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or a related role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design ownership, strategic thinking, and visual craftsmanship.
- Enterprise / B2B product experience, including designing complex features and workflows for SaaS platforms, CRMs, ERPs, or similar tools.
- Advanced proficiency with design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.
- Data-informed design mindset, with experience using product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics) to inform research, validate hypotheses, and measure impact.
- User research expertise, including the ability to plan, conduct, synthesize, and communicate insights from both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to clearly articulate design decisions, document user journeys, and deliver high-quality design handoffs to Engineering.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering thoughtful, high-impact user experiences.
