Senior Product Designer

• Lead end-to-end product design across multiple product pods, balancing discovery, delivery, and iteration. 
• Translate complex trade and reconciliation data into intuitive visual workflows and interfaces. 
• Apply design thinking to understand user pain points and drive adoption and engagement. 
• Define and implement UI patterns for internal applications that balance clarity and efficiency. 
• Explore and design AI-assisted experiences, leveraging LLMs for data matching and user 
• Manage design work in Figma, maintaining design systems and ensuring consistency. 
• Conduct UX QA to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience. 
• Lead client meetings, clearly articulating design decisions, and gathering feedback to guide direction. 
• Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders, translating design strategy into business value.

• 5–8 years of professional experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing complex, data-driven interfaces. 
• Proficiency in Figma and experience building or maintaining design systems. 
• Solid understanding of UX principles, design thinking, UI patterns, and accessibility standards. 
• Experience designing for internal or enterprise applications and cross-functional collaboration. 
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt to varying stages of product maturity. 
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts and ability to translate them into practical design solutions. 
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present design decisions to stakeholders. 
• Proven ability to work autonomously and lead design direction on a project. 
• Experience with financial, wealth management, or regulatory environments is a nice to have.  

What about languages?

• You will need excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication with the team

How much experience must I have?

• Minimum 5 years of relevant product design experience.
