Job Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Lead Software Engineer to lead development of scalable full-stack solutions for our B2B SaaS platform. As a technical leader, you'll be actively contributing to our product development, while also architecting scalable products, helping establish engineering best practices, and contributing to hiring strategies and team development. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in distributed systems, micro-services architectures, and both frontend and backend development, with a proven track record of building maintainable, well-tested applications.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design processes for complex B2B SaaS products, from research and ideation to fully interactive design prototypes to final production designs and assets
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that solve complex business problems
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
Collaborate with product managers to define product strategy and roadmap
Mentor junior designers and contribute to establishing design systems and best practices
Partner with engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation of designs
Qualifications
7+ years of product design experience, with at least 4 years focusing on B2B SaaS products
Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and systematic thinking
Experience with modern design tools (Figma, etc.) and prototyping tools
Track record of shipping successful products and measuring their impact
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience working in agile environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI/ML products and understanding of AI/ML concepts
Knowledge of data visualization and analytics dashboards
Previous experience in sales tech or B2B SaaS companies
Background in user research methodologies and tools
