The Senior Product Designer will lay the groundwork for a more seamless end-to-end user experience by creating consistent, intuitive UI patterns and driving design innovation that improves booking completion, reduces friction, and raises product quality at scale.

What you’ll be doing:

Craft the UI/UX for Angkas’ customer and driver experiences, ensuring a cohesive, intuitive, and scalable product experience across key journeys.
Execute an end-to-end product design for key initiatives from discovery and definition to prototyping, validation, and final UI delivery.
Design and refine high-frequency flows (e.g., onboarding, booking, payments, support), ensuring clarity, consistency, and ease-of-use across all touchpoints.
Simplify complex operational and marketplace constraints into intuitive user flows and interaction models for both customers and drivers.
Drive the creation and adoption of design patterns and reusable components through Angkas’ design system, improving speed, quality, and consistency across teams.
Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Data/Analytics, Marketing, and Ops to align on problem framing, validate solutions, and measure impact post-launch.
Champion design quality and accessibility standards; provide mentorship, critique, and guidance to elevate craft and decision-making across the design team.
