About the Team 

Design at Angi is a multi-disciplinary team of content strategists, product designers, and researchers. We are building an innovative new home service that spans the digital and physical worlds—from the details on a screen, to in-person, human-to-human interactions, and everything in between. You will be charged with redefining expectations around what’s possible in the home industry by creating simple, seamless solutions to complex, previously unsolved problems. 

We value exploration, iteration, and attention to detail. Our Designers are hands-on in every phase of a project lifecycle, from strategy and conception, through design and release. They have deep knowledge across product design - UX, UI, Design Systems, Brand - and are comfortable working with an interdisciplinary team of product managers and engineers. 

About the Role 

We are looking for an ambitious Senior Product Designer to drive impact on the product team at Angi. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about designing experiences that connect users to value quickly, and who thrives at the intersection of user needs and business goals. You’ll craft intuitive, high-performing flows, experiment with new ideas, and collaborate with product and engineering partners to move key metrics that grow our business. 

As a Growth designer, you’ll explore opportunities across acquisition, activation, and engagement, helping millions of homeowners find and connect with the right pros. You’ll balance speed and quality, test and learn through iteration, and push for solutions that are not only effective in the short term but also scalable and maintainable across the broader product ecosystem.

What You’ll Do 

• Partner with a cross-functional team inclusive of product, engineering, analytics, content, research, and SEO to identify opportunities that improve acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention. 
• Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity visuals that balance speed, usability, and business impact. 
• Lead experiments and A/B tests, translating insights into design decisions that move key growth metrics. 
• Embrace emerging AI design tools and help shape how the organization adopts and leverages them to improve workflows and outcomes. 
• Balance short-term experimentation with long-term scalability, ensuring solutions can extend across the product ecosystem. 
• Collaborate with data and research partners to ground design choices in user insights and performance metrics. 
• Contribute to strategy by framing design opportunities and advocating for the user within business discussions. 
• Partner closely with engineering to inform build strategy, ensuring designs are both feasible and impactful. 
• Elevate the Angi experience for both homeowners and pros by delivering solutions that create value on both sides of the marketplace. 
• Iterate rapidly, producing multiple concepts and validating ideas through lightweight testing. 
• Ensure consistency and quality by aligning with brand guidelines and the design system.
• Present work to cross-functional partners with clear rationale and strong storytelling, inviting feedback and building alignment. 
• Mentor and inspire teammates by sharing best practices in growth design, experimentation, and design craft. 

What We’re Looking For 

You’re a seasoned product designer who thrives at the intersection of user experience and business impact. Curious and creative, you design solutions that delight users and drive measurable growth. Collaborative and data-informed, you balance short-term experiments with long-term scalability. You are a self-starter who can identify opportunities and drive projects forward independently. 

• A seasoned product designer with 5–7+ years of experience designing digital products.
• Experience with consumer-facing or marketplace environments and preferably within a growth-focused organization, with experience designing for SEO (familiarity with AI-driven search results is a plus!) 
• Comfortable owning end-to-end design work, from discovery and research through final polish and handoff. 
• Skilled at designing for both user value and business outcomes, with a proven ability to influence metrics through design. 
• Experienced working with design systems to create scalable, consistent interfaces; familiarity with design tokens is a plus. 
• Data-informed and curious, you thrive on experimentation, iteration, and learning what truly moves the needle. 
• A clear communicator and strong storyteller, able to bring partners along through compelling narratives and rationale. 
• Collaborative and cross-functional, excited to partner closely with product, engineering, data, and research. 
• Thoughtful about scale, ensuring solutions can extend beyond a single experiment or flow into sustainable product improvements. 
• Obsessed with craft, accessibility, and usability, staying current with best practices and emerging trends to ensure every detail contributes to a cohesive experience.

Compensation & Benefits

• The salary band for this position ranges $120,000 - $155,000 commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living. 
• This position will be eligible for a competitive year end performance bonus & equity package.
