Mission

The Role 

We build decision intelligence software that helps the world's biggest companies make better decisions with AI, replacing spreadsheets and slide decks with a mobile-first app that pushes actionable insights directly to decision-makers. 

As a Senior Product Designer on our domains team, you'll work across business areas like Finance, Manufacturing, and R&D - turning product requirements into elegant solutions that work for real users. You'll need to develop a deep understanding of both the business context and our design frameworks. 

This role is for designers who are strategic about finding the right solution for our users - whether that's the small change that makes a huge difference or the big swing that revolutionises the experience. You understand what "done" looks like, and you get there without needing constant check-ins. 

Your profile

What You'll Do 

  • Design complex product features across our mobile-first platform, working within and evolving our design frameworks
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, stakeholders and end users to shape and deliver solutions
  • Create detailed specifications that engineering can build from
  • Challenge the status quo - enterprise software doesn't have to be boring or bloated
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system
  • Shape how our product supports AI-native interactions and new patterns for generative UI
  • Help improve our team's processes, especially through AI tools.

What You Bring 

  • 5+ years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio of shipped work
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects independently
  • Sharp systems thinking - you see how pieces connect, can internalise frameworks quickly, and design for the whole
  • Consumer-grade taste - you hold yourself to the standard of the best mobile apps
  • Strong autonomous collaboration skills
  • Experience designing for mobile and web on data driven products
  • Comfort with fast iteration - you sketch (or vibe code) before you Figma
  • Entrepreneurial mentality - you continuously find new ways to amplify yourself with AI.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a creative discipline or human-computer interaction
  • Fluent English
