Senior Product Designer - AI

AI overview

Lead UX design for AI-powered workflows, focusing on usability and user trust, while collaborating across product development and testing for real-world impact.

You’ll lead the design of intelligent workflows that combine human judgment with AI-driven decision support. Your work will focus on ensuring that AI features are usable, controllable, and value driving within our existing product context. We’re looking to find the right person for this role, so we’ll be explicit about the opportunity and what it takes to be successful. We’re building now and are hoping to find our next teammate to start as soon as they are available.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead UX design for our AI-powered workflows, working across the lifecycle from concept to post-launch iteration.
  • Design intuitive ways for users to interact with, guide, and trust LLM-based features including inputs, escalations, feedback, and explainability.
  • You will work on an existing platform using typescript and will contribute on additional features in cooperation with our platform squads.
  • Partner with data science and engineering to prototype ideas that reflect real system constraints and opportunities.
  • Define patterns for interaction with AI (e.g., output review, control panels, embedded suggestions).
  • Conduct or support research and usability testing focused on AI feature effectiveness and adoption.

What excites us?

We’re committed to making AI useful, usable, and real; not just prototyping interactions that never launch. You will shape AI features that ship to customers and collaborate across the full lifecycle from concept to post-launch iteration with embedded ownership in our product squads.

Requirements

What we're looking for in you

  • You are user-obsessed and drawn to help simplify the complex; especially when it comes to designing workflows that blend human and AI decision-making.
  • You’ve worked on enterprise or workflow-heavy products, and you’re thoughtful about designing for trust, transparency, and fallback.
  • You’re comfortable working iteratively, testing ideas, and learning in public with your team.
  • You’re curious about AI and how people interact with systems now and into the future.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally in enterprise environments.
  • Some exposure to or interest in AI/LLM-enhanced UX.
  • Familiarity with Java/TypeScript-based systems is a bonus.
  • Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent) and comfort presenting ideas at varying fidelity.
  • Experience using Jira and Pendo to track work and assess impact.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially across disciplines.
