For this engagement, we are hiring for one of the world’s leading design companies on a specialized project focused on improving how AI systems understand and generate high-quality interface design.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to contribute to a 6-month project where your expertise will help evaluate and refine AI-generated design outputs. Your work will directly influence how advanced AI models assess visual hierarchy, layout quality, and product design patterns.
This engagement is ideal for designers with strong product design craft, systems thinking, and a sharp eye for visual quality.
You’ll be contributing to a project that sits at the intersection of AI, product design, and next-generation creative tooling, alongside teams working on some of the most influential design systems in the world.
What You'll Do
As a contractor on this project, you will:
Evaluate AI-Generated Design Outputs: Assess interface layouts and design outputs against established design principles and technical evaluation rubrics.
Provide Structured Design Feedback: Document clear written rationale explaining design quality assessments and improvement opportunities.
Demonstrate Design Best Practices in Figma: Use advanced Figma capabilities (components, auto-layout, tokens, design systems) to refine layouts and demonstrate standardized UI patterns.
Support AI Model Improvement: Collaborate with the project team to surface insights that help improve how AI models generate and assess design quality.
Project Details:
Engagement Length: 6-month contract with potential extension
Expected Availability: Approximately 30–40 hours per week.
Work Structure: You will manage your own schedule and workflow while meeting defined project milestones and deliverables.
Security & Equipment: Due to the sensitive nature of the proprietary AI systems involved in this project, all work must be performed on a secure, company-managed workstation provided by CloudFactory.
