Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who can independently own complex product experiences and design the next generation of AI-driven analytics interfaces. This is an Individual Contributor role where you will drive design end-to-end — from early concepts and system thinking to polished product experiences shipped to users. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to simplify complex analytics workflows into intuitive and powerful user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end product experiences

• Own and drive design for entire product areas
• Take ideas from concept → exploration → prototype → shipped product

Design AI-powered workflows

• Design intuitive experiences for AI insights, data exploration, and automation workflows
• Create multi-modal interfaces combining chat, visualizations, tables, and actions

Systems thinking

• Design for AI agents, orchestration flows, and non-deterministic outputs
• Think in states, flows, and decision paths, not just static screens

Simplify complex data interactions

• Apply strong information architecture and progressive disclosure
• Turn complex analytics outputs into clear, actionable experiences

Design for trust in AI

• Create patterns for confidence indicators, provenance trails, and editable AI outputs
• Help users understand what the AI did and why

Work fast with modern design workflows

• Use tools like Figma AI, Claude, v0, and Midjourney to rapidly prototype and iterate
• Focus on fast experimentation over pixel-perfect initial designs

The strongest candidates for this role usually demonstrate:

• Systems thinking — designing flows, states, and intelligent behaviors rather than just screens
• Data product experience — experience designing dashboards, analytics tools, or complex data interfaces
• AI & conversational UX understanding — comfort designing interfaces where AI responses may vary
• Strong ownership mindset — ability to independently drive design decisions and ship product experiences
• Speed and iteration — ability to rapidly prototype and test ideas using modern AI-assisted workflows

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of product design experience in enterprise SaaS, analytics, or AI products
• Strong portfolio showcasing data-heavy products, dashboards, or AI interfaces
• Experience working as an Individual Contributor owning product areas or features
• Expertise in Figma (design systems, components, prototyping)
• Strong understanding of data visualization and information architecture
• Ability to translate complex workflows into intuitive user experiences
