About the role:At Cresta, AI Builders are how we put the power of AI directly into our customers’ hands. Through these builders, our users can design, configure, test, and deploy AI agents that automate tasks, or AI workflows that augment human agents and make them feel superhuman.
As a Product Designer on AI Builders, you’ll design the tools that make this possible. That means owning the end-to-end experience of how customers build, evaluate, and ship AI — navigating the nuanced interplay between agentic and deterministic workflows, and finding the right balance between the two. You’ll sit at the intersection of LLM capabilities, CX operations, and workflow design, translating powerful AI primitives into builder experiences that real contact center teams (from developers to business operators) can adopt and scale with confidence.

Cresta’s approach to compensation is simple: recognize impact, reward excellence, and invest in our people. We offer competitive, location-based pay that reflects the market and what each individual brings to the table.
The posted base salary range represents what we expect to pay for this role in a given location. Final offers are shaped by factors like experience, skills, education, and geography. In addition to base pay, total compensation includes equity and a comprehensive benefits package for you and your family.
