We are hiring a Product Designer to work with product and engineering teams to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new feature development across our mobile and web digital products.

What’s the job?

Venn is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing team and shape how residents and property operators interact with our platform. From rent payments to neighborhood events, you’ll help design the operating system that powers modern apartment living.As part of the design team, you’ll translate behavioral data into meaningful product experiences, working across web and mobile, for both B2C and B2B users. You’ll partner with product managers, developers, and data analysts to create solutions that are intuitive, elegant, and impactful.What am I going to do?

Design end-to-end experiences across Venn’s platform - resident apps, operator tools, and engagement flows
Lead discovery, ideation, and validation through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UIs using Figma
Contribute to the evolution of our design system and component libraries
Apply data insights and user research to inform and iterate on design decisions
Ensure accessibility, scalability, and usability across all touchpoints

What are the qualifications?

5+ years of experience designing digital products, with strength in both UX thinking and UI craft
Experience working on complex systems, multi-user platforms, or operational tools
Mastery of Figma and modern design tools; hands-on with design systems
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Ability to lead projects independently and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
an academic degree in design
Fluent in English

Bonus: experience with B2B SaaS, real estate tech, or AI-driven personalization tools
