THE ROLE:

As a Senior Product Designer, you are a master of both form and function. You work across the entire design spectrum, encompassing UX, UI, and high-level visual craft, to create engaging, effective digital products. You are the bridge between user needs and business goals, ensuring every feature we launch delivers measurable value end-to-end.

In this role, you don’t just solve problems; you elevate the standard of how our users interact with technology, ensuring our product remains a cohesive, world-class experience across every platform.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Own the full design lifecycle, from initial discovery and user journey mapping to high-fidelity execution and post-launch iteration.
  • Define and refine sophisticated UI designs and interaction patterns that make complex tasks feel effortless and engaging.
  • Collaborate deeply with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility, providing clear documentation and participating in the hand-off process to maintain design integrity.
  • Take a holistic view of the product to maintain a cohesive experience across all features and platforms, contributing to and evolving our design system.
  • Act as a guardian of the design system, maintaining rigorous consistency across all features and platforms to build a unified brand experience.
  • Ability to synthesize user research and business data into actionable design strategies that drive product growth.
  • Proven ability to articulate design rationale to executive stakeholders and advocate for user-centric solutions.
  • Actively research and propose strategic improvements that support both personal and company-wide growth.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a track record of shipping high-impact, end-to-end digital products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Visual Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • An uncompromising eye for detail and a mastery of layout, typography, and motion to create polished, high-fidelity interfaces.
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates the user-centered design process and includes prototypes of varying fidelity, and UI/visual design capabilities.
  • Strong grasp of Figma with a solid understanding of industry standards and features.
  • Able to design a variety of UX artifacts, including personas, user journeys, prototypes, presentations, and UI mock-ups. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work within and contribute to complex design systems, ensuring scalability and cross-platform consistency.
  • Understanding of modern front-end capabilities and a history of collaborating with Engineering to deliver technically feasible, performant designs.
  • A proactive, self-starting mentality with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and pivot based on shifting business requirements.

TAKE INTO ACCOUNT:

  • You will have to communicate with your team members abroad, therefore fluency in English and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must for this role.
