Leverage user behavior insights to shape product strategies and enhance the non-flights journey for millions of daily users at Skyscanner.

About Skyscanner

Everyone loves travelling, but planning is not without its challenges ✈️. That’s why we’ve spent 20 years building tools that turn travel-planning chaos into a breeze. Today, around 100 million travellers count on us every month to skip the whole “47 browser tabs open” phase and find flights, cars, and hotels quickly and easily 💻.

Joining Skyscanner means becoming part of a global brand that’s striving to become the planet’s go-to travel hack accessible for all 🌍.

Our vision? To be the world’s number one travel ally. (Ambitious? 💪 Yes, but, hey, that’s what got us here)

About the role

(Hybrid)

Your mission: As a Senior Product Analyst (Non-Flights), you’ll help our Cars, Accommodations and Packages teams understand what travellers actually do (not just what we hope they do) - and turn that into sharper decisions, better experiments, and faster growth.

Your playground: You’ll partner closely with Product and Engineering teams in Singapore or Shenzhen, using data to shape what’s next - not just narrate what’s already happened. Think insight, influence, and impact… with fewer spreadsheets that cry for help.

Your impact: With millions of users engaging with Skyscanner daily, your work will help us build the right experiences across the non-flights journey - from first click to “booked it” (and everything in between).

What you’ll be doing

  • Shaping product strategy: Partner with Product to uncover user behaviour insights that influence roadmaps and priorities.
  • Turning ambiguity into answers: Identify the right problems, refine hypotheses, dig into the data, and land clear recommendations teams can act on.
  • Experimenting with purpose: Design, run and evaluate A/B tests and multivariate experiments — and make sure learnings travel far and wide.
  • Defining success: Create success metrics and targets across the user journey, then build reporting that keeps everyone aligned.
  • Finding the “aha!” moments: Use exploratory analysis (alongside User Research) to spot opportunities that improve the traveller experience.
  • Making insights irresistible: Present findings to stakeholders with strong storytelling, crisp writing, and visuals that don’t require a decoder ring.
  • Building analytics foundations: Define and build datasets, dashboards and self-serve tools that help teams move faster (without moving data incorrectly).

About you

  • Product analytics proven: You’ve spent 2~4 years in a product analytics role and have influenced product decisions with actionable insights.
  • Experimentation fluent: You understand experimental design, statistical concepts, and how to interpret results with confidence (and appropriate caution).
  • SQL strong: You write solid SQL and you’re comfortable using Python (or similar) to analyse large datasets.
  • Visualisation savvy: You can build dashboards and tell a story with data, ideally with tools like Tableau (or similar platforms).
  • A clear communicator: You explain insights to technical and non-technical audiences without losing the plot — or the audience.
  • Proactive and curious: You enjoy open-ended problems, spot opportunities early, and bring thoughtful solutions (not just charts).
  • Collaborative operator: You’re great with stakeholders, comfortable juggling priorities, and you make cross-functional work feel… oddly smooth.
