At Mediacurrent, Senior Producers oversee the day-to-day delivery of digital projects across multiple client engagements. What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, including tasks, staffing, and calendars, for internal and client visibility
  • Draft scopes of work and manage change orders end-to-end
  • Own the day-to-day delivery of digital website projects
  • Lead client status meetings and partner with account teams to keep work on track
  • Proactively resolve issues across budget, timeline, resourcing, quality, and team health
  • Track milestones and completeness, report progress, and support revenue recognition
  • Communicate effectively with interagency teams or multiple agencies to manage workstream dependencies
  • Establish meeting cadences, craft agendas, and capture and drive action items and next steps
  • Manage expectations and approvals through clear communication and regular reviews

What You’ll Bring

  • Project management experience in a creative or digital agency
  • Strong command of project management tools and fundamentals, including timelines, budgets ($100k+), planning, estimating, and SOWs
  • Working knowledge of web and software development workflows, including QA for digital products
  • Proven client management experience across scope and delivery
  • Hands-on experience delivering digital products, including responsive websites
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels, both internal and client-side

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with distributed or global teams
  • Familiarity with CMS-driven projects such as WordPress, Drupal, Contentful, or Sanity
  • Experience using tools like Figma, Airtable, or Google Analytics

The target range of base compensation for this role is $110,000–$115,000 annually for full-time employment, or $55–$60 per hour for the temporary period. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
