We’re looking for an experienced Senior Producer who knows how to guide teams through complex AAA projects and deliver outstanding games. If you’re comfortable in an agile environment, value teamwork, and want to make a real impact on the final product — we’d love to meet you.

Your daily tasks:

  • Identify project risks early and communicate them clearly to stakeholders.

  • Work closely with development teams to turn creative vision into a high-quality game.

  • Remove blockers, manage dependencies, and set clear goals for teams and individuals.

  • Oversee schedules, priorities, and task backlogs to keep production on track.

  • Build a positive, collaborative work environment that supports creativity and focus.

  • Motivate team members, help resolve conflicts, and encourage new ideas.

  • Ensure clear and efficient communication within and across teams.

  • Maintain and improve SCRUM methodology and agile workflows.

  • Coordinate development in line with production pipelines and support their evolution.

  • Proven experience in AAA game production, from concept to release.

  • Strong background in agile methodologies within a game development environment.

  • Ability to set ambitious goals and deliver results, with an understanding of ROI.

  • High level of ownership and motivation to directly influence the final quality of the game.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

  • Experience working with JIRA.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Good command of English.
