Sword Health is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role you will collaborate with both internal stakeholders and Sword’s growing vendor network to manage contract renewals, understand sourcing needs, conduct spend analyses, and ensure operational excellence in our Procure to Pay operations.

What you’ll be doing:
Execute strategic sourcing activities end-to-end (RFx processes, price negotiations, contract renewals, etc.) to secure favorable business and commercial terms
Develop strategic partnerships with business stakeholders (i.e. Sales, Technology, Events, HR, etc.) to understand and support key initiatives
Perform total cost of ownership evaluations, supply-market research and pricing audits for the pursuit of continuous cost and performance improvements
Manage purchasing and contracting workflows within Sword’s Procure-to-Pay system
Support the execution of spend management projects that accomplish key objectives (i.e. cost savings, process effectiveness, supplier consolidation & management, risk reduction & management, improved visibility & control of expenditures)
What you need to have:
3+ years relevant experience, specifically in developing strategic sourcing methodologies, leading cost optimization projects, and managing contract negotiations
Experience supporting a range of spend categories, especially in Software, Events, Professional Services, and Facilities
Track record of improving efficiencies, scaling operations, and minimizing organizational risk in a high growth business environment
Excellent partner relationship management with internal stakeholders and vendors from developing new relationships to managing complex, ongoing partnerships
Familiarity using P2P Tools (Coupa, Zip, Airbase, etc.) Google Workspaces, MacOS, Notion, and Jira
