(Senior) Procurement Manager Indirect Spend (m/w/d)

Your mission

We are hiring a Strategic Procurement Manager to strengthen how we manage indirect spend across the company.

As we continue to grow, our procurement function plays a central role in ensuring we scale efficiently, control costs, and build strong, long-term supplier partnerships. This role exists to bring structure, transparency, and strategic direction across key indirect spend areas such as Network Operations, IT, Legal, Marketing, HR, and Insurance.

You will take ownership of how we source, negotiate, and manage suppliers across these categories. Your work will directly impact cost efficiency, service quality, and the way our internal teams engage with external partners.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, acting as a trusted partner who brings both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end to end sourcing strategies across indirect spend categories

  • Own and drive complex negotiations with key suppliers, focusing on cost, terms, and service levels

  • Build and manage strategic supplier relationships and improve supplier performance

  • Lead and develop procurement processes, standards, and best practices

  • Act as main point of contact for senior internal stakeholders

  • Ensure strong contract management and compliance with internal policies

  • Drive cost optimization and track savings across categories

  • Build transparency through reporting, KPIs, and performance tracking

  • Lead and support junior team members where applicable

Your profile

  • 5+ years' experience in procurement with strong focus on indirect spend

  • Proven track record in leading negotiations and managing high value contracts

  • Strong supplier management experience with focus on long term partnerships

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems

  • Strategic mindset with strong execution focus
