Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior / Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities, ensuring compliance with policies and processes. You will focus on strategic sourcing, new product development, and project coordination, while identifying cost-saving opportunities and driving process improvements.

What You'll Do

• Develop, manage, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and processes.
• Collaborate with the APAC procurement team.
• Lead strategic sourcing, new product development (NPD), and project coordination, providing change management support.
• Create and deliver procurement management reports to inform strategy and drive process improvements.
• Conduct spend and market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance quality.
• Coordinate with all lines of business (LOBs) on project status updates.
• Propose and implement plans for procurement process efficiency.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Forecast and manage inventory needs.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered for a senior title. 
• Ensure purchases meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
• Oversee the procurement budget and report to upper management.

Requirements

Who We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in sourcing and procurement.
• Strong knowledge of procurement policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Retail industry experience preferred.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and project management.
• Familiarity with D365, SAP, or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Professional certification in CIPS, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude, initiative, and integrity.

Note:

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
