You will lead and execute high-impact Process/Manufacturing Engineering Projects to accelerate continuous improvement across our operations, directly enhancing efficiency, quality, and output.

  • Process Improvement: Lead and execute engineering initiatives to drive operational success.
  • Manufacturing Excellence: Drive and champion efforts to enhance quality and overall efficiency.
  • Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement technical solutions that align with business goals.
  • Operational Collaboration: Key to boosting overall manufacturing efficiency and critical output while liaising with the cross-functional teams like maintenance, quality or operations on activities and spares.
  • Team Leadership: Guide, coach and develop two engineers, prioritizing their workload and projects.

Your Profile: Role Qualifications

  • Engineering Expertise: Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Manufacturing) plus 7+ years in a similar GMP manufacturing environment.
  • Project Leadership: Strong problem-solving skills and proven experience in both project management and robust data analysis to drive continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Communicator: Strong communicator of technical and non-technical information; a champion of change initiatives and strategic thinking.
  • Regulated Environment: Experience in a manufacturing environment (ideally, Medical Device Manufacturing or GMP) is a distinct advantage, paired with expertise in Lean Tools.
  • Team Management: Ideally, experience in coaching a team, and effectively prioritizing workloads across complex, simultaneous projects.
