Experience of 10-15 years in CRO experience with strong knowledge and hands-on experience in LC-MS/HPLC/Prep. method development for all types of chemistry molecules at an analytical scale.
Proficiency in various purification techniques.
Strong understanding of various column chemistries.
Skilled in troubleshooting, instrument maintenance, and calibration.
Lead, train, coach, and mentor a team of motivated young scientists.
Provide guidance and support across different shifts (including night shift) to ensure the timely delivery of analytical data to the chemistry team.
Ready to work closely with motivated scientists, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven environment.
Have a passion for HPLC/Prep./LCMS/SFC analysis and characterisation techniques, as well as being open to continuous learning and education.
Interpersonal skills to interact effectively with people in other departments.
Creative thinking to spot new techniques and growth opportunities.
Be highly organised with the ability to work independently as well as maintain team cohesion in a fast-paced environment.
