Mission

As a Manufacturing & Supply Business Impact Lead, you act as the domain expert and solution architect for Aily App manufacturing and supply modules. Your mission is to embed Aily App into core routines across manufacturing sites, supply networks, and regional operations, enabling Fortune 500 companies to reduce decision latency move faster from signal to action.

You own the Aily M&S client journey from first integration to enterprise-wide adoption, ensuring the product is fully deployed, trusted, and embedded into daily decision-making to deliver measurable performance impact.

Your profile

What You Will Do
  • Act as the manufacturing and supply domain expert and solution architect for Aily App modules:
  • Internally: Translate manufacturing and supply chain routines into product requirements and AI decision logic, refine model performance, and shape the product roadmap and future high-impact operational use cases.
  • Externally: Drive client value realization by leading deployments, guiding operational data readiness, validating AI through manufacturing site and supply leadership feedback, upskilling operational managers and executives, and accelerating time to value.

Your Responsibilities
Manufacturing & Supply Solution Architecture
  • Translate manufacturing and supply chain routines into product requirements and AI decision logic
  • Define AI outcomes and decision quality standards
  • Co-shape scalable product capabilities across manufacturing and supply use cases
  • Partner with Product, ML, and Engineering on feasibility and product readiness
  • Define and own data requirements, data collection, and AI fine-tuning needs to accelerate deployment and time to value
  • Influence the product roadmap through client impact and adoption insights
 Manufacturing & Supply Authority in the Room
  • Act as the trusted manufacturing and supply domain expert for clients and internal Product and AI teams
  • Be the trusted advisor to manufacturing leaders, supply chain heads, and COOs
  • Represent user needs in product and roadmap discussions
  • Communicate AI and data topics, assumptions, and trade-offs in clear operational language
  • Be the mentor and coach to the junior members of the team in terms of expertise and eminence
Deployment, Adoption & Time-to-Value
  • Drive rollouts from entry-point use cases to enterprise-wide adoption
  • Own time to first active user and time to routine across manufacturing and supply deployments
  • Upskill and evangelize users and champions through workshops, executive sessions, and engagement campaigns
  • Ensure AI becomes embedded into daily manufacturing site and supply decision-making cadences

Your Profile:

Must Have: 
  • Bachelor, Master, or MBA degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing site operations and supply chain decision-making in large enterprises
  • 5-7 years of experience in consulting with focus on manufacturing, supply chain, operations transformation, or corporate manufacturing leadership roles
  • Exposure to analytics, performance management, or AI initiatives within the domain
  • Tech-savvy profile with familiarity with data and AI concepts, including data requirements and model behavior, gained through close collaboration with product and data science teams
  • Proven experience working with Fortune 500 or large enterprise clients
  • Extreme ownership mindset, with accountability for outcomes, adoption, and time to value
  • Strong communication skills with senior and executive stakeholders
  • Ability to operate autonomously in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Strongly preferred:
  • Background in tech consulting, solution architecture, or product-facing roles
  • Experience with AI-powered, analytics, or data-intensive operational products
  • Exposure to enterprise SaaS environments
  • Experience mentoring, leading, or scaling small teams or domain practices
  • Experience working across global manufacturing networks or multi-site supply organizations
