We are seeking a detail-oriented Sr. Pricing Operations Analyst to support CARFAX’s sales and finance teams through system management and analytic-driven insights. The ideal candidate blends operational accuracy with business acumen, able to manage complex pricing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.
This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Pricing Strategy, Finance, and Contract Support, ensuring that pricing decisions, offers, and contract structures are implemented accurately and efficiently within Salesforce CPQ.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Deal Management: Analyze sales opportunities, offers, and contracts for accuracy, interpret terms, and apply business rules to determine product eligibility and pricing.
- Salesforce Queue Management: Process high-volume sales and account maintenance requests through CRM workflows, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
- Offer Strategy Implementation: Create, enable, and maintain offer management strategies while ensuring contract terms align with business requirements.
- Sales Support: Process sales crediting efficiently and with 100% accuracy.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a go-to resource for cross-departmental inquiries on pricing, offers, and quote system functionality (CPQ).
- Performance Analytics: Generate reports to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities that drive operational excellence.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain productivity standards while ensuring 100% accuracy in high-volume work environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, account management, and leadership on escalated issues and process improvements.
- Project Leadership: Drive department initiatives and communicate system updates across all organizational levels.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Business, or related field preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in pricing operations, deal desk, or business/sales operations
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, LOOKUPs, conditional logic, and data visualization
- Salesforce proficiency, including case/queue management, report creation, and CPQ (Configure Price Quote) functionality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
