At Bumble, we’re on a mission to build a world where healthy, equitable relationships can thrive — romantic, platonic, and professional. As the Love Company, we design with intention, respect, and curiosity, ensuring every product decision balances business growth with user trust and empowerment.
As Senior Pricing Manager – Economy, you’ll be a senior individual contributor shaping how value is created and experienced across Bumble and Badoo. This role sits at the intersection of product thinking, behavioural science, and commercial strategy, owning key parts of our consumable and credit economies. You’ll partner closely with Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Commercial teams, using rigorous experimentation and AI-enabled insights to optimise lifetime value while staying true to Bumble’s values of Courage, Excellence, and Respect.
What You'll Do
Own and evolve key components of Bumble and Badoo’s consumable and credit-based economies, driving measurable improvements to user lifetime value through thoughtful pricing and monetization strategies.
Operate with a strong product mindset in a commercial context, translating ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses, experiment roadmaps, and data-informed decisions.
Define, design, and execute A/B tests end to end — including setup, monitoring, and interpretation — using statistical rigour to inform iteration and scale.
Build and apply frameworks for defining the value of new products and features, incorporating behavioural insights, scenario modelling, and risk considerations.
Partner closely with Pricing, Product, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Billing teams, collaborating with purpose to ensure smooth execution and shared ownership of outcomes.
Develop deep customer understanding and clear value narratives that explain economy changes in ways that feel transparent, respectful, and user-centric.
Leverage AI-powered analytics and experimentation tools to accelerate insight generation, improve forecasting, and support faster, higher-quality decision-making.
Role model Bumble values such as Curiosity and Excellence by continuously improving how we test, learn, and adapt in an agile, fast-moving environment.
About You
You bring strong experience in pricing, monetization, product management, or analytics within a commercial tech environment, with a track record of independently driving high-impact initiatives.
Typically requires 6–8 years of experience, though we welcome candidates with alternative backgrounds that demonstrate equivalent skills.
You’re confident designing and interpreting experiments, including A/B testing, and translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
You have hands-on experience with pricing and monetization strategies, ideally across gaming, tech, or dating products, including consumables and subscriptions.
You’re comfortable with modelling, scenario analysis, and understanding risk trade-offs, and you’re curious about how behavioural science informs value-based pricing.
You use AI-powered tools and analytical techniques as part of your day-to-day workflow to deepen insight, improve experimentation, and inform decisions.
You take ownership, see work through from insight to impact, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners without relying on formal authority.
You demonstrate Bumble values such as Respect and Courage through clear communication, thoughtful problem-solving, and a bias toward progress over perfection.
