Senior Pricing Analyst

LearnUpon is looking for a Senior Pricing Analyst to join our team in Dublin. This is a hybrid role, working 3 days per week from LearnUpon's Dublin office.

This role sits within the Finance team reporting to the VP, Finance. You will collaborate with teams across the business to define and help execute our pricing strategy. This is a critical role for our businesses driving a positive impact on LearnUpon’s top line growth and bottom line profitability. You will work closely with the CFO, CEO and Senior Management to deliver the best results for our business and our customers. 

What will I be doing?

• Develop and implement effective pricing strategies for our product offerings
• Build pricing models to understand the impacts of pricing changes, by leveraging sales, product usage, costs and billing data inputs
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer data to inform pricing decisions
• Conduct regular pricing reviews to help create plans for optimization
• Monitor performance of ongoing initiatives and pricing and packaging changes.
• Generate data reports and conduct data analysis, translate findings into actionable pricing insights, and present recommendations to business teams
• Create dashboards and automated reporting for key pricing performance metrics
• Partner with key stakeholders in Product, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Marketing on key strategic initiatives

What skills do I need?                                                                                  

• 3+ years of experience with financial analysis, preferably focused on SaaS products
• Expert proficiency with google sheets/Microsoft Excel, and strong experience in data analysis, financial modeling, and interpreting complex data sets. 
• Understanding of financial metrics like ARR, revenue, profit margins, customer lifetime value, and ROI. 
• Advanced visualization skills and experienced in building dashboards
• Effective communication skills: Regularly achieve consensus with peers, and deliver clear status updates, business insights, and recommendations
• Experience with pricing research and a basic understanding of common pricing research techniques. Knowledge of different pricing models (tiered, usage-based, subscription) and their applications. 
• Results oriented, with proven ability to prioritize and deliver quality work in a challenging, fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail, with ability to craft a story and prepare high quality deliverables
