Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in pre-sales, proposal writing, or solution engineering.
  • Strong technical knowledge across enterprise IT stacks (.NET Core, Angular, SQL Server, REST APIs, Cloud & On-Prem models).
  • Ability to design and communicate solution architectures through diagrams and visuals.
  • Excellent technical writing and communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
  • Familiarity with GCC government RFPs and enterprise-level tendering processes is highly desirable.
