Senior Presales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze RFPs, RFQs, and tenders to extract requirements, scope, and compliance criteria.
• Develop solutioning approaches and map requirements to suitable technology stacks.
• Prepare complete proposal responses, including technical writeups and supporting documentation.
• Draw high-level solution architecture diagrams, workflows, and deployment models.
• Highlight differentiators, innovations, and value propositions relevant to each engagement.
• Ensure proposals align with government standards, security requirements, and best practices.

• Infrastructure & Cloud (On-Prem / Hybrid / Multi-Cloud) Enablement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in pre-sales, proposal writing, or solution engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge across enterprise IT stacks (.NET Core, Angular, SQL Server, REST APIs, Cloud & On-Prem models).
• Ability to design and communicate solution architectures through diagrams and visuals.
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
• Familiarity with GCC government RFPs and enterprise-level tendering processes is highly desirable.
