Salary for Presales Consultant:
- PLN 9,500 - 12,000 gross monthly (Employment Contract).
- PLN 11,400 - 14,400 net monthly (B2B) + 20 paid days off.
- EUR 2,200 - 2,800 net monthly (B2B) + 20 paid days off.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or client-facing business analysis within IT consulting, digital product development, or technology services firms.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to end-to-end proposal development, collaborating closely with Sales and Delivery teams.
- Capable of defining high-level solution outlines leveraging modern technology stacks (Netguru's offering - FE, BE, Mobile, AWS, GCP, Azure) with support from technical SMEs.
- Familiar with effort estimation techniques, rate card models, and basic financial modeling for digital delivery.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to produce clear and well-structured proposal sections.
- Good organizational discipline — manages timelines, dependencies, and follow-ups effectively across multiple pursuits.
- Comfortable engaging with clients during discovery and qualification meetings to capture key requirements and clarify scope.
- Demonstrates learning agility, gradually taking ownership of smaller pursuits with limited supervision.
- English C1.
Responsibilities
- Supporting and co-owns inbound leads and RFI/RFP responses, ensuring timely and compliant proposal submissions.
- Actively participating in client discovery and qualification meetings, able to translate client needs into clear proposal inputs.
- Collaborating closely with Sales and Delivery to co-create structured, compelling, and feasible proposals.
- Delivering 2–3 smaller pursuits daily or supports 1–2 larger RFPs monthly under supervision of a Senior Consultant or Presales Lead.
- Demonstrating ownership and organization, maintaining consistency with internal templates, pricing models, and approval processes.
- Ensuring smooth cross-functional coordination, proactively flagging blockers and managing updates.
- Contributing to improving shared assets (case studies, boilerplates, decks) and participates in retrospectives.
- Building trust and being recognized as a reliable partner by Sales and Delivery peers.
