ABOUT YOUR ROLE

Lead and manage the PPC team in order service, production material planning, inventory control, capacity planning and production scheduling.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

Own and drive team performance on key local supply chain and service metrics
Work with global supply chain team and customers to ensure stable supply.
Strategically plan, manage, monitor and optimize production capacity (including machine and labor) to meet market requirements and productivity goals.
Strategically plan, manage and monitor inventory to align with overall service and cost objectives.
Initiate and drive saving and improvement projects to achieve continuous improvements in service, efficiency, productivity and inventory.
Build high-performance and diverse team to provide a good & professional service to internal & external customers.
Coach, train, and mentor team members to foster skill development and engagement.
Manage and lead the team to comply with company rules, EHS requirements and trade compliance.
Review, optimize related work flows, SOP and WI and update related documents from time to time.
Other task assigned by Supervisor.

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU

Bachelor's degree or above in related field.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Proficient in lean manufacturing and good knowledge in Enterprise Lean Sigma.
At least 5 years relevant experience in production planning or customer service, 2 years in management position in a high complexity manufacturing environment.
Computer knowledge especially in Excel & Power Point.
Good at communication, negotiation & cooperation.
Strong problem-solving ability.
Insightful judgment to plan production.
Display agility, lead change and think outside-in.
