ABOUT YOUR ROLE

  • Lead and manage the PPC team in order service, production material planning, inventory control, capacity planning and production scheduling.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

  • Own and drive team performance on key local supply chain and service metrics
  • Work with global supply chain team and customers to ensure stable supply.
  • Strategically plan, manage, monitor and optimize production capacity (including machine and labor) to meet market requirements and productivity goals.
  • Strategically plan, manage and monitor inventory to align with overall service and cost objectives.
  • Initiate and drive saving and improvement projects to achieve continuous improvements in service, efficiency, productivity and inventory.
  • Build high-performance and diverse team to provide a good & professional service to internal & external customers.
  • Coach, train, and mentor team members to foster skill development and engagement.
  • Manage and lead the team to comply with company rules, EHS requirements and trade compliance.
  • Review, optimize related work flows, SOP and WI and update related documents from time to time.
  • Other task assigned by Supervisor.

 

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU

  • Bachelor's degree or above in related field.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in lean manufacturing and good knowledge in Enterprise Lean Sigma.
  • At least 5 years relevant experience in production planning or customer service, 2 years in management position in a high complexity manufacturing environment.
  • Computer knowledge especially in Excel & Power Point.
  • Good at communication, negotiation & cooperation.
  • Strong problem-solving ability.
  • Insightful judgment to plan production.
  • Display agility, lead change and think outside-in.
