What you'll do

Reporting to the Senior PPC Manager, you will support the Marketing Team by managing the creation, optimisation, and performance analysis of PPC campaigns. Reporting to the Senior PPC Manager, you will contribute to strategic planning, testing frameworks, and performance growth plans across our PPC channels. You'll work with senior team members to shape the direction of paid media strategy, ensuring campaigns are aligned with our goals and deliver measurable return on investment.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Own end-to-end PPC strategy and performance across UK, US, and AU, adapting to local market dynamics and commercial targets.
  • Manage Paid Search across Tom’s Guide, TechRadar, Marie Claire, Woman & Home, Ideal Home, Homes & Gardens, plus more, and pure-play voucher sites, driving monetisation of voucher and reward-led pages for ecommerce revenue and ROI.
  • Manage and optimise Google Ads (including Google Ads Editor) and Microsoft Advertising campaigns, including SA360, with ownership of bid strategies and budgets across high- and low-spending accounts in multiple territories.
  • Optimise campaigns for ecommerce performance, balancing traffic acquisition with commercial return, and build audiences to improve targeting and conversion efficiency.
  • Take ownership of conversion tracking and measurement frameworks, ensuring attribution models and Floodlight setups are accurate across all brands and markets.
  • Partner with tech, analytics, and product teams to implement, maintain, and troubleshoot tracking, resolving discrepancies to ensure reliable reporting.
  • Produce clear, commercially focused performance reporting, translating data into actionable insights and communicating results to senior stakeholders, while staying at the forefront of Paid Search developments, researching trends, tools, and AI innovations.
  • Collaborate closely with Senior PPC Manager, Rewards, ecommerce, finance, and marketing teams while mentoring junior team members and embedding best practice.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve…

  • Strong experience in Paid Search, with a proven track record of managing and growing high-performing Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising accounts.
  • Experience running PPC across multiple international markets, ideally including the UK, US, and/or AU.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive ecommerce revenue while maintaining strong ROI, particularly in voucher, rewards, or commerce-led environments.
  • Solid technical expertise in conversion tracking, attribution modelling, and PPC measurement.
  • Hands-on experience with Floodlight and Google Marketing Platform tools, including SA360 and Ads Editor.
  • Confidence working with tech and analytics teams to diagnose and resolve tracking or data issues.
  • Excellent understanding of Paid Search metrics, bid automation, auction dynamics, and optimisation levers.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate performance and insights clearly.
  • Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members is desirable.
  • Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising certifications preferred.
