We are looking for an Innovation Specialist to support our key projects designing innovation tools, training and experiences.
! This role lasts initially for one year with expected extension, where only a full-time employment is available as form of cooperation.
• Manage various projects as part of External Workforce Management program activities in terms of system and process implementation, transitions and other ad-hoc PMO support.
• Coordinate system & process implementation activities as part of our program
• Coordinate different internal and external teams; Plan & track project plan
• Report status reports of the program/projects to internal boards
• Prepare reports & documentation for Project requirements and Steering Committee members
• Follow-up on the planned activities or tasks with various teams, SMEs and third-party actions
Requirements
• 5+ years of relevant experience from corporate environment
• Handy within PMO / PM task & day-to-day operation
• Advanced vendor management with excellent verbal and written skills.
• Good organizational skills and be able to demonstrate both analytical and statistical skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external personnel.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & general software applications.
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work effectively as part of a team, and on an independent basis.
• Fluency in English (spoken & written);
• Candidates must declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
