Location: New York
Role Type: Full Time
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Business Analyst with deep expertise in US interval fund implementation, public and private credit. Supporting one of our Tier 1 Investment Bank clients, you will coordinate across multiple investment teams, Operations, Product, Legal/Compliance, Fund Accounting, Distribution and Technology to stand up and scale interval fund capabilities.
The ideal candidate brings strong PM discipline, the ability to translate complex product requirements into executable plans, and the confidence to operate in complex, high-pressure environments – including the ability to challenge assumptions and drive clarity across investment and technology teams. This is a highly collaborative role also working alongside Technology PMs to manage plans, dependencies, and delivery – so comfort with tech-enabled change is important.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead core workstreams for US interval fund launch and scaling: subscription/redemption cycles, tender-offer mechanics, liquidity management, valuation cadence, shareholder communications, and regulatory considerations.
Translate the needs of public and private credit investment teams into clear business and functional requirements.
Own the multi-workstream plan, RAID management, executive reporting, and governance.
Manage overlapping product launches, balancing priorities and critical paths.
Produce BRDs, process maps, target operating models, data dictionaries, and control frameworks.
Run gap analyses across current platforms, processes, and vendors to define remediation.
Partner with Fund Accounting to design and harden daily NAV processes for private assets.
Implement controls for daily high-volume environments (rec, break management, tolerances).
Lead or support RFI/RFP processes for administrators, custodians, pricing/valuation providers, and technology solutions.
Structure SLAs, KPIs, and escalation frameworks.
Partner with Technology PMs and architecture for platform integrations and UAT.
Communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders at various levels of seniority.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
PM/BA experience within Asset Management or Private Credit
Experience delivering interval funds or closed-end/tender-offer fund structures
Familiarity with NAV calculations fundamentals and daily NAV challenges for private assets
Proven ability to design and embed controls for high-volume processing
Experience running RFI/RFP vendor evaluations.
Strong collaboration skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a high-pressure, high-volume environment
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Aladdin or similar OMS/PMS
Exposure to US regulatory considerations for interval funds
Experience with administrators, custodians, pricing vendors, and credit data providers
Expectations Regarding Hybrid Working:

However, some of our clients have now moved up to 4 or even 5 days in the office and we require candidates to be flexible to meet our clients’ demands.
Salary Range: $100,000-$130,000 (dependent on experience)
