Additionally, this role does not offer visa sponsorship at this time.
As a Senior Platform Engineer on the Infrastructure team, you will own complex systems and problem spaces end-to-end, solving ambiguous problems where the "right" answer isn't always known. You will architect subsystems while anticipating scale and failure modes, drive technical alignment across teams, and mentor junior engineers. This role requires someone who can break down complex projects into executable tasks, make technical tradeoffs between short-term and long-term business needs, and champion new techniques across the organization.
You will be responsible for designing and maintaining our hybrid cloud infrastructure spanning Azure, AWS, and on-premises environments. You'll identify technical debt and refactor core infrastructure to improve velocity, solve the "hard" problems that stump others, and uphold quality standards across the team. This is a senior individual contributor role, where you'll act as a technical leader for infrastructure initiatives while actively growing the careers of junior engineers.
