Our partner network covers MEA region with international access to messaging hubs worldwide and our clients include major banks, credit cards, digital payments, OTT applications, government authorities, health and education, and other industry verticals.

We are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer with the following requirements:

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and operate on-premises Kubernetes clusters, ensuring reliability, performance, and security.
  • Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and Kustomize.
  • Automate CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline and ArgoCD for consistent deployment practices.
  • Implement and maintain observability stack using Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, and Thanos.
  • Administer and optimize Ceph, EFS, and persistent storage configurations (PV/PVC).
  • Manage networking and ingress with service mesh integrations for multi-service environments.
  • Implement RBAC, namespace management, and cost optimization strategies.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and enhance system resilience.
  • Collaborate with developers and DevOps peers to improve infrastructure reliability and developer experience.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for infrastructure, automation, and operational procedures.

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience with Kubernetes in on-premises environments (cluster lifecycle, scaling, upgrades, troubleshooting).
  • Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and Kustomize for infrastructure automation.
  • Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline and ArgoCD.
  • Solid knowledge of monitoring and logging stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK, Thanos).
  • Strong background in Linux administration, networking, and containerization (Docker).
  • Experience with Ceph, EFS, and Kubernetes storage provisioning.
  • Deep understanding of networking and security, including:
    • Ingress controllers, service mesh, and network policies.
    • IPsec VPN tunnels setup, troubleshooting, and integration between hybrid environments.
    • Web Application Firewall (WAF) configuration and rule optimization to protect workloads.
  • Proficiency in Bash and Python scripting for automation and system maintenance.
  • Working knowledge of AWS Cloud services integrated with hybrid infrastructure setups.
