Overview

Katalon is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead global acquisition campaigns across key paid media channels. This role will play a critical part in driving qualified pipeline through both broad demand capture and targeted ABM (Account-Based Marketing) programs. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in B2B SaaS performance marketing, with a proven ability to translate data into insights, manage budgets effectively, and scale programs that engage decision-makers across the buyer journey.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel paid acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, driving global lead generation and pipeline growth.
• Collaborate with the ABM Campaign team to design and manage account-based paid advertising programs, including precise audience targeting, custom messaging, and campaign sequencing to engage high-value accounts.
• Collaborate with the ABM Campaign, sales, and operations teams to align paid strategies with target account lists, intent signals, and buyer personas.
• Own and optimize campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation to maximize ROI across regions and segments.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (content, design, product marketing) to deliver cohesive and high-performing campaigns tailored to key segments and accounts.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, delivering insightful reporting and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Continuously refine ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages to improve engagement and conversion metrics.
• Experiment with emerging platforms such as Reddit Ads and Meta Ads to identify new acquisition opportunities.
• Develop and maintain campaign performance dashboards and share strategic insights with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong emphasis on B2B SaaS environments.
• Proven success in managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, including ABM-specific paid campaigns and retargeting strategies.
• Experience executing ABM paid advertising campaigns, using platforms like LinkedIn Matched Audiences, custom segments, and IP-based targeting.
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation, funnel stages, and intent-driven targeting within ABM frameworks.
• Ability to manage and optimize budgets across multiple global regions with a focus on pipeline influence and ROI.
• Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Metabase, HubSpot, or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear strategies.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with emerging platforms like Reddit Ads, Meta Ads, Connected TV is a plus.
