About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist (Affiliation and Comparison Sites) to join our Acquisition team. In this role, you will align marketing efforts with our business objectives to maximize ROI through targeted strategy, analysis, and channel optimisation.

Your mission is to help Tylko grow through high-quality, scalable partner channels by strengthening our presence across affiliate, comparison, and selected external platforms. You will bridge growth and operational excellence, ensuring our bespoke furniture reaches the right audiences through an effective, well-managed partner ecosystem.

This role is particularly important as we continue to expand our acquisition capabilities and build stronger expertise in performance channels that offer further growth potential beyond our core setup.

What You’ll Do

You’ll take ownership, make things happen, and see your impact. Specifically, you will:

• Own and scale partner-driven performance channels, including affiliates, comparators, and corporate benefit platforms

• Lead the partner ecosystem and feed operations to ensure pricing and attribute accuracy

• Drive data-led optimisation and reporting through daily monitoring and forecasting

• Manage and develop relationships with external publishers, marketplaces, and comparison partners

• Optimise feeds to improve visibility, share of voice, and performance across relevant partner platforms

• Implement validation processes to reduce fraud, low-intent traffic, and other sources of inefficient spend

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

• At least 5 years of experience in owning and scaling affiliate and other partner-driven performance channels

• Experience working across European markets

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on ROI and ROAS/CIR efficiency

• Expertise in feed operations and marketplace management

• Ability to drive data-led optimisations and strategic reporting

• Fluent Polish and good command of English

• Working in our Warsaw office 3 days a week
