Your mission

As a (Senior) Performance Marketing Manager with a sharp focus on SEA and Paid Social, you won't just run campaigns – you'll drive the engine behind our company’s growth.

This role is about more than optimizing clicks: you’ll own strategy, budgets, tools, and results. Your mission? Bring in qualified leads and new customers for our accounting software – efficiently, creatively, and with a data-driven mindset. You’ll play a central role in scaling our digital acquisition channels and shaping the future of performance marketing at sevdesk.

Here's how you'll make an impact:

  • Own & scale: You’ll design, run, and analyze SEA and Paid Social campaigns end-to-end – from concept to conversion.

  • Test, learn, win: Through continuous A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and creatives, you'll constantly improve conversion rates and user journeys.

  • Budget boss: You’ll independently plan, allocate, and prioritize performance marketing budgets based on ROI and business impact.

  • Cross-functional driver: You’ll collaborate closely with brand, conversion, and product teams to ensure every campaign hits the mark with our audience.

  • Push boundaries: You explore and apply AI tools (e.g. for creative generation, predictive targeting, bidding optimization) to maximize performance and innovation.

  • Customer journey optimizer: You think beyond clicks and impressions – you build campaigns that truly connect with our target audience at every stage.

Your qualification

  • 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, especially in SEA and Social Ads (ideally in SaaS or software).

  • Deep expertise with tools like Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Business Manager, and more.

  • A passion for AI and automation – you're always looking to innovate and improve performance workflows.

  • A results-driven mindset – you love KPIs, analyze data like a pro, and let performance guide your strategy.

  • Strong communication skills – fluent in German (native level) and English (C1) – and the ability to clearly communicate strategy and insights.

  • You live in Germany.

Why This Role Matters

This isn’t a role where you inherit a to-do list – it’s a role where you build and shape the performance marketing strategy with freedom and impact. You’ll have autonomy, budget responsibility, and direct influence on how we scale. If you’re looking to leave your mark and grow something meaningful, this is your stage 🎩

The position is initially limited to 18 months, but we are open to the possibility of a permanent position.
