I’m hiring for AI Accountant, we are India’s first and only AI native accounting automation platform.  India has 4L of accountants, most are doing accounting manually. We are automating the data entry, transaction categorization and reconciliation end to end.  We’re a YC-backed startup and have raised series A funding with total of more than $35mn. 

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketer to join our AIA Growth Team, focused on driving high-impact, data-driven growth through paid channels. This role requires strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, automation, and B2B marketing, along with a mindset to experiment, optimize, and scale campaigns efficiently. 

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for B2B SaaS or tech 

• Deep understanding of Google Ads, and analytics tools  

• A growth mindset — love running experiments, reading numbers, and figuring out what works. 

• Ownership attitude — you think like a business builder, not just a campaign executor. 

What You’ll Do:

• Run and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms to drive conversions and subscriptions. 

• Track and analyze funnel performance and build data-backed growth hypotheses. 

• Collaborate with the creative and brand teams to test and iterate ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging. 

• Set up, monitor, and report KPIs like ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR, and conversion rates. 

• Build and manage remarketing campaigns to increase customer retention and reduce churn. 

• Run A/B experiments to improve acquisition efficiency and discover scalable growth loops. 

• Coordinate with marketplaces and affiliates for growth opportunities.
