Senior Performance Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks and KPIs.

• Use SQL and Python for data extraction, manipulation, and automation of performance reporting.

• Build and maintain advanced Excel dashboards and reports to monitor performance and visualize key metrics.

• Conduct in-depth analyses to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand performance gaps and propose data-driven solutions.

• Prepare and present dashboards, reports, and insights to management for decision-making.

• Support continuous improvement by benchmarking against best practices and industry standards.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 2-3 years of experience in performance analysis, data analytics, or process optimization.

• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, and visualization).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• High attention to detail and focus on data accuracy.

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with performance management systems or BI tools (e.g., Metabase, Power BI, Tableau).

• Knowledge of operational and financial KPIs.
