The Senior People Partner is a strategic advisor to business leaders, driving organizational health, manager capability, and complex people initiatives. This role combines deep business acumen with strong employee relations expertise and change leadership to shape a consistent, people-first culture in a global SaaS environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partnership: Advise senior leaders on workforce planning, org design, and leadership effectiveness. Coach managers to elevate performance and engagement.
  • Employee Relations: Lead high-risk ER cases with discretion and legal awareness. Partner with counsel on sensitive matters and establish consistent ER standards.
  • Organizational Development: Drive org changes, restructures, and talent planning. Conduct diagnostics and action plans for culture and retention.
  • Programs & Culture: Design strategic people initiatives, interpret engagement data, and champion inclusion and psychological safety.
  • Data & Insights: Use analytics to guide decisions on team health, risk, and workforce trends. Partner with Finance on headcount and budgeting.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with TA, Finance, Legal, and L&D to ensure seamless employee experience and global compliance.
  • Qualifications:
  • 5–8+ years of progressive HR/People experience, with demonstrated success in a People Partner or equivalent advisory role. 
  • Strong experience in complex employee relations, manager coaching, and influencing senior leaders. 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change in high-growth or global tech environments. 
  • Working knowledge of employment law across multiple regions (US, Canada, Poland preferred). 
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capability; able to use data to guide and influence decisions. 
  • Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and executive presence. 
  • Ability to operate with autonomy, navigate ambiguity, and manage multiple priorities with a high degree of judgment. 
  • Experience supporting distributed or global teams is strongly preferred. 
  • Familiarity with HRIS (HiBob), reporting, and employee experience systems.
