About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior People Partner to be the strategic partner to senior leaders across our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. You will help shape the structure, culture, and talent systems that drive growth, engagement, and performance.

As a member of the People Partner team, you’ll shift away from reactive HR work and toward proactive business impact: embedding our Builder DNA, accelerating talent velocity, and ensuring GTM teams are structured to scale. This role is both strategic and hands-on—balancing business partnership with execution, coaching leaders, and enabling organizational health at speed.

About the role

  • Strategic Partnership: Partner with GTM senior leaders and C-Suite to align people strategy to business goals—spanning org design, workforce planning, and succession readiness.
  • Performance & Talent Velocity: Drive always-on performance rhythms (monthly statuses, quarterly calibrations), enabling faster recognition of high performance and development of talent pipelines. Elevate high-potential Rokt’stars and ensure progression velocity across GTM.
  • Healthy Organizations: Ensure GTM structures reflect Rokt’s Healthy Org principles. Coach leaders to be effective player-coaches who build capacity through apprenticeship.
  • Culture & Engagement: Champion engagement and belonging, driving action planning to consistently achieve positive engagement scores. Embed Rokt’s Builder DNA and values in every decision .
  • Change Leadership: Partner on integration, transformation, and M&A activity. Act as a trusted advisor through periods of growth, restructuring, and ambiguity.
  • Coaching & Leadership Development: Build leadership capability at scale: coach senior leaders, support manager development, and ensure leaders are growing talent beneath them.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use AI-enabled dashboards, performance, and engagement data to advise leaders with real-time insights and decision-making.
  • Succession & Mobility: Lead talent mapping and succession planning for critical GTM roles, creating clear pathways and development plans for successors.

Requirements

About You:

  • 5-10 years of People experience in high-growth tech organizations
  • Prior experience as a Human Resource Generalist with a strong grasp of HR concepts, practices, and compliance.
  • Strong business acumen, sound judgment, and integrity, paired with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with leadership to design talent planning processes that support business goals.
  • Experience aligning people strategies with organizational goals through development programs and processes.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, unstructured environments, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High emotional intelligence, strong interpersonal skills, and a data-driven, detail-oriented approach.
  • Proactive in identifying problems, finding solutions, and owning the process from start to finish.
  • Motivated to innovate, improve, and operate autonomously to drive positive change.
