Flight Itinerary (About The Role)

As the Senior People Ops Analyst with a strong focus on the Total Rewards area, you will play a key role in shaping the people and rewards experience for our global team. You’ll be responsible for maintaining fair, competitive, and compliant compensation and benefits structures across our multi-country workforce, while supporting employee lifecycle processes.
You will collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, People Operations, Finance, PBPs, and third-party providers to ensure our compensation practices support long-term employee satisfaction and deliver a seamless, high-quality employee experience, while also providing the business with insights into analytics, trends, and meaningful data-driven feedback.

What Your Journey Will Look Like (Responsibilities)

  • Lead global compensation strategy and annual performances cycles, including job evaluation, promotional processes  and pay-equity initiatives.
  • Run compensation analytics and apply pay-transparency principles in compliance with EU Pay Transparency Directive requirements.
  • Oversee global benefits administration across various countries, including vendor management, platform implementation and employee support; collaborate closely with brokers in multiple FLYR locations to ensure our benefit package remains compliant, competitive, and aligned with local market needs.
  • Oversee statutory and company programs and policies (e.g. leave management, time&attendance, knowledge base updates) ensuring compliance, transparency and smooth coordination across employees, managers, Payroll and People Ops Teams.
  • Build clear dashboards and reports covering metrics, compensation trends, headcount movements, leave analytics, and workforce insights.
  • Support People Operations, act as an owner and a back up of various employee lifecycle processes and collaborate with Payroll on quality data handovers and integrations.
  • Partner with PBPs, TA, Payroll, and Finance to align reward decisions with business needs, talent strategy, and headcount planning.
  • Identify process gaps, discrepancies, risks, and opportunities for automation as well as training opportunities to better educate our teams on our compensation philosophy.

What To Pack For This Trip (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fluent in Polish and English.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards and People Operations.
  • Strong experience operating in multi-country environments, preferably covering EU however experience in LATAM is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of EU Pay Transparency Directive requirements.
  • A proven ability to manage, evolve and advise on salary structures and compensation policies, support performance and salary review cycles, and partner effectively with key stakeholders such as TA, Payroll, and PBPs.
  • Experience in system implementation, process improvement and automation.
  • A naturally collaborative, open, and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; experience and confidence to present insights to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong data analytics skills - Excel, Power BI, reporting tools.
  • Have minimum understanding of equity administration.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to wear multiple hats across the People Operations function, supporting employees, collaborating closely with colleagues, and contributing to an efficient, people-centered environment.
  • Ability to present to executive team members.
