- Ensure data integrity by conducting regular audits of employee data to maintain accuracy and compliance; proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Respond to employee and manager inquiries through the HR ticketing system, ensuring timely, accurate, and customer‑centered support.
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, Legal, and IT to align on HR processes, policies, and handoffs.
- Create and maintain documentation and knowledge base content that enables consistency and scalability across the People team.
- Support U.S. HR compliance by processing I‑9s, unemployment claims, workers’ compensation documentation, and other required tasks with accuracy and discretion.
- Handle PII and sensitive data, including compensation‑related changes, offers, and severance agreements, in line with company and regulatory requirements.

- Experience: 2–5 years of relevant HR/People Ops experience; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Technical Skills: Strong Workday skills and experience with ticketing systems; comfort working with HR data, reports, and audits.
- Operations & Scope: Demonstrated ability to own daily work and specific tasks with increasing judgment, handle routine escalations, and lead small initiatives or programs.
- Compliance Knowledge: Solid working knowledge of HR compliance practices, including I-9 verification, auditing best practices, and adherence to regional labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong prioritization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Clear, concise communication with employees and cross‑functional partners.
- Proven problem‑solving mindset, identifying friction points and helping simplify processes across teams.
- Openness to feedback and continuous improvement; actively seeks growth and adapts in a changing environment.
- Experience using ticketing systems to manage and track HR-related inquiries.
- Familiarity with testing HR system updates and implementing process changes.
- Experience handling unemployment claims, workers’ compensation cases, or similar regulatory processes.
