Role Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior HR Associate to support Compensation & Benefits, payroll administration, HR policies, and performance management for our Singapore operations.
This role will act as the HR Business Partner for assigned business units, partnering closely with managers on people matters while owning key HR operational areas such as C&B, payroll, and policy governance.
This role has a strong focus on Compensation & Benefits, payroll administration, and HR operations, while supporting end-to-end recruitment for assigned business units.
What You’ll Do
HR Business Partnering
Act as the HRBP for assigned business units, advising managers on HR policies, employee relations, and people matters.
Support workforce planning and employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
End-to-End Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business units, including role briefing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation.
Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely hiring and a positive candidate experience.
Compensation & Benefits
Administer employee compensation and benefits programmes, including insurance and benefits enrolment.
Support salary benchmarking, compensation analysis, and annual salary review processes.
Payroll Administration
Manage monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements including CPF and IRAS submissions.
Validate payroll inputs such as overtime, allowances, claims, and deductions.
HR Policies, Compliance & Performance Management
Maintain HR policies and SOPs in line with the Singapore Employment Act and company guidelines.
Support the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, and calibration processes.
Support internal and external audits, ensuring HR documentation and processes remain compliant with regulatory and organisational requirements.
HR Projects & Operations
Support HR reporting, process improvements, and HR initiatives as assigned.
What We Seek
3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in HR generalist or HRBP roles.
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Comfortable working with HR data, payroll inputs, and compensation-related matters.
Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and HR compliance requirements.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to work comfortably with numbers and HR data.
