About You

We are on an aggressive growth journey and are inviting an Sr  People Operations Analyst to support the spectrum of efforts across new and experienced hire onboarding, assimilation and people experience. As a Sr. People operations Analyst you need to interface, manage and execute end to end deliveries for new in a seamless manner. 

Some of the things you’ll be doing: 

New joiner Interfacing:

  • Creating offer letters, contracts and new joiner documents, and sharing it with candidates for formal acceptance and signing.
  • Liaising with candidates and being the contact for query resolution and information sharing, which involves the design and sharing of communication mailers during the pre-joining phase. 
  • Responsible for creating the HRIS record.
  • Driving employee experience, such as timely issuance of accurate offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters and timely closure of any queries with regards to leave, Insurance, compensation, HR policies, etc.(in collaboration with people managers & HR business partners as and when required).

Interfacing with internal stakeholders

  • Work with Talent Partners to track and monitor the hiring pipeline and critical positions.
  • Coordinate with Hiring Managers/Talent Partners for any special requirements and Buddy allocation.
  • Coordinate with IT/ Procurement for Asset Allocation and Configuration.
  • Coordinate with the Work Experience team for dispatching new hire SWAG .
  • Collating new joiner information for facilitating employee profile creation for Mediclaim initiation.in collaboration with external vendors.

BGV process

  • Manage the end-to-end background screening process via an external vendor.
  • Follow up with candidate and BGV SPOC for ensuring process completion, insufficiency verification and raising flags at appropriate juncture.
  • Conducting CIFAS, Verifile and sanction screening for all eligible employees in Tide as per process guidelines.

Medical Insurance

  • Ensuring accurate data sharing between new joiners and their dependents with medical insurance partner in India & UK.
  • Responsible for flow of information on new family additions and deletion of employee details for medical insurance with insurance partner  in UK & India.
  • Facilitating smooth interfacing and query/claim resolution between employees and insurance partner.

Process analysis and reporting: 

  • Analyzing feedback score recorded by new joiners and publishing a monthly dashboard.
  • Conducting quarterly FGDs with hiring managers, recruitment team and HRBPs to evaluate process gap and experience score.
  • Responsible for redesigning process to plug in identified process gaps.

Induction

  • Ensuring completion of mandatory training sessions through Talent LMS.
  • Coordinating regional and global corporate Induction and IT induction for all new joiners with respective functional teams within week 1 of an employee joining.
  • Coordinating and facilitating the employee benefit and payroll induction for new joiner along with People operation SPOC.

  • Experience with project management and delivering results, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Should be self-driven and proactively look at improving user workflows of existing process. 
  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands.
  • Be articulate, well spoken, approachable and able to work with multidisciplinary teams and leaders.
  • Ability to challenge status quo & out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Possess a data centric and analytical mind-set.
  • Have the ability to design systemic interventions/ feedback loops.
  • Be curious and open to unlearning and learning.
