Accountabilities

  • Design printed circuit boards (PCBs) that meet or exceed mechanical, electrical (RF and mixed-signal), and manufacturing requirements.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate daily with customers and internal teams through web-based platforms to address design and project issues.
  • Apply independent thinking and creativity to complex or schedule-intensive projects.
  • Track and report project activities, hours, and quality objectives using proprietary project management tools.
  • Advocate for customer needs and contribute to the growth of existing business relationships.

Requirements

  • BS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience with at least 12 years in PCB design and layout.
  • Expert knowledge of PCB layout techniques and processes, including mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing considerations.
  • Proficiency with Cadence Allegro (preferred) or Siemens Xpedition, and familiarity with IPC standards.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
  • Excellent organization, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Passion for design quality, continuous learning, and innovation in PCB engineering.
